When Will My Order Get Shipped?
Our items are made to order in small batches. For this reason, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment and 3-5 business days for delivery. We strive to ensure your order leaves our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order. Order
Where’s my order? Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once the order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email update with your tracking number. Additionally, you can check the tracking number in your account.
How do you calculate the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on a number of factors including weight, size of the package, and delivery location.
What shipping methods do you provide?
Packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You also have the option to pick up your package from our Visitor Center Gift Shop.*Please note that the fulfillment time of 6-8 weeks is still applicable on pick-up orders.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Blenko Customer Service can expedite your order for an additional fee, however, please note this will not impact the production time, only the time in transit.
I live outside the United States. Can you still ship to me?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for our products. If you’d like to request this functionality, please contact Blenko Customer Support.
Will I receive my items all at once, or piece by piece?
We do not partially fulfill orders – in order to combine multiple items and leverage the safest shipping practices, we wait to ship orders complete when all items produced are ready and available for shipping.
